BEEAH launches UAE’s first net-zero smart city designed by Zaha Hadid Architects

In addition, the masterplan plans for lots of green areas, pathways, a cultural center, retail and dining districts, offices, a shopping mall, and even a mosque—basically creating a community where everything—living, working, relaxing—flows together harmoniously.

Now, Phase One features villas and townhouses built with climate-responsive architecture and cutting-edge technology designed to maximize comfort while being eco-friendly. In terms of size, the development is quite substantial—around 1,500 freehold residential units spread across seven neighborhoods planned for future phases beyond the initial launch.
