UAE advances with GCC’s first dedicated electric vehicle service centre in Dubai

They’ve teamed up strategically with EVS Electric Vehicle Services LLC, which means they’re blending Emarat’s well-known Lube Express model with EVS’s expertise in EV diagnostics and maintenance. Basically, they want to provide fast, safe, and high-quality services designed specifically for electric vehicles.

This launch is actually part of a pilot program aimed at ironing out a great customer experience and setting standards for EV servicing that can be duplicated across the country. The “EVS Express Service Bays” concept will initially be introduced at select Emarat stations—starting with Al Barsha South—and then expanding to Nahrawan in Dubai as well as Muwafjah in Sharjah.

The facilities at the Al Buhaira station reflect a new wave of mobility services. Aside from 24-hour fuel availability, there’s a Freshplus convenience store, Bakeria bakery, Café Arabica outlets, plus traditional car wash and servicing options. He stressed that Emarat remains committed to innovation, safety, and operational excellence—things they believe are essential for meeting the changing needs of UAE drivers, especially as the world shifts towards cleaner mobility options.

EVS sees this partnership as a vital move toward creating a broad regional support network for electric cars. By working with Emarat’s widespread presence, EVS hopes to make expert EV maintenance more accessible for the growing number of electric vehicle owners in the UAE.
